Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You'll receive a one-time PIN on your registered mobile to confirm your number. ClubPH automatically locks an account after several consecutive failed login attempts. This protects your account from unauthorised access. Use the account recovery flow on the login page to unlock it, or contact support if you need further help.

No. ClubPH staff will never ask for your one-time PIN by chat, phone, or email. If anyone claiming to be from ClubPH asks for your OTP, it is a scam. Do not share it, and report the incident to support immediately.
Deposits

ClubPH supports Philippine-based payment options including online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Most deposits via e-wallet or InstaPay reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, check your transaction reference and contact support with the details.
